Bellmore FD and NCPD responded to an accident involving a NICE bus. There were no serious injuries reported. Patients were transported by Bellmore FD and NCPD ambulances.

The bus careened into a car east of Bellmore Ave and then took out the utility pole in front if the Brokerage before hitting the parked cars and finally stopping at Midwood Ave.
Initial reports were that the bus experienced brake failure.
